Can someone recommend me a good, cheap, quiet cpu heatsink fan for an 2011 socket? It's only something temporary until I get around to watercolling it.

Freezer pro is certainly cheap and good bang for buck as a short term solution. My frio was quite cheap and is very good. Not pocket change, but certainly good value.
 
Hyper 212 Evo, can't recommend it more. Keeps me around 45 C with everything at 100% with 3.7 at 1.47volts (motherboard is terrible and won't let me oc higher with less volts)

going by the prices of the 2011 heatsinks im prob best going straight for a watercolled kit??? i do plan on oc the cpu and maybe watercoolin my gpu.
