N0 - not to buy! - but to put on older PC.
I was going to wait to upgrade the Graphics card on my newest Ryzen 5 3600 PC but the weekend - "Sapphire Radeon RX 6600 Pulse Gaming 8GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card @ £349.99 inc VAT" seemed pretty good SO without doing a lot of research - I have just bought it! I hope I have done the right thing in terms of value for money? I could have spent days looking at options but - jumped!
This leads me to another question: I now have my older "workhorse PC" = which has all my software on it, inlcuding Photoshop, office, email. The grandchildren use it for minecraft and for "Train Simulator".
It is a Core i7 920 2.7 GHz with 12GB of RAM running slightly overclocked at 3GHz - I now (will) have the choice of a GTX 1050Ti or the RX 570 (will be taken off Ryzen 5 PC when RX6600 arrives).
Which is the "better" graphics board of these 2 on the i7? - and is there a 2nd had market for the one I don't use? I will test on here in the members market if there is, once the new one is tested.
Thanks, Mel
