Which GPU temp to worry about?

I have an 8800GTX and using Everest, there are two temperature readings. One is called GPU Diode and the other is just GPU. Which one should I be worried about?
 
the GPU Diode was going to 85C during COD4, which is why I made this thread. I can't believe that's normal :eek:
