Advice needed please.

System A10 6800K, 8GB Ram, CX500M PSU, F2 A88XM D3H mobo, 24" 1080P HD monitor.

Pretty basic question...
I've been looking at the R9 270 (X) s' and wondering which one to get ?
It's for my lads birthday so need to buy before April.

(I understand it's not able to Hybrid Xfire and will have to disable IGP)
 
Hi I am assuming from your suggestion of a R9 270 your budget is around £150??

This article shows some benchmarks for 270 v 270x as well as other cards in some games.

It actually refers to the MSI 270, which I would normally say should be a good card however I know there are posts on the forum about fans leaking and other issues.

so id step up to the next cheapest card which is:

Comes with BF4 if you didn't have it.
 
Longer warranty on the MSI and a 270x vs a plain 270 so it would depend on if you want BF4 or prefer a 270x and an extra years warranty.
