Which GPU

I keep going back and forth between these two cards.

Will be using with an LG 3440x1440 monitor. Not a heavy gamer but want a reasonable ability to play some games.

System is i7 4790k / Asus Z97-A / 16gb / EVGA G2 750 PSU

I suspect the 390 is better given the res etc but would like opinions.

Is coil whine an issue with either?

I have a high quality EVGA PSU so hopefully not.
