I am planning to buy high performance graphic card for my gaming pc and confused between Nvedia and AMD

Which graphic card is better?

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti or
AMD Radeon RX 580

My processor is Core i7-7Y75 , Ram is 16 Gb

Thats a bad news. It seems i will have to buy a new system now
