Which graphics card for my system - 770 v 7970

This is important to know as it is often quoted as an example in the vram debate. All I am interested in is seeing the actual vram usage/fps figures.:)

I think there was a thread with these details in it but it was ages ago. 7970 was using nearly all of its 3gb but maintaining 60fps.
