Which graphics card for new build?

Hi guys

Planning a new build but unsure which GPU to go for, budget is about £250.

Currently leaning towards a GTX 770 but have noticed AMD R9 280X is within that budget and similar performance.

Which one has the edge or better worth the money?

New build will be i7 4770K with Asus Z87 Hero and psu will be 750w.

Any advice or alternative recommendations welcome.

If your going spent out that much cash on buying a i7-4770k cpu & motherboard then you need to at lest buy a GTX 780 or r290 to go with it..

If funds don't allow
Then you be better off buying an i5-4670K instead of the i7-4770K which would save you almost enough money to pay the extra for a GTX 780 or r290

Not a bad idea :p The 4670k is on a nice offer at the moment too :)
