I’m finalising my thoughts for a new build which will include a Q6600, Gigabyte P35 MB and a Dell 2007FP 20.1 inch monitor. The total cost around £1400.

The PC will be for standard home use including office apps, video editing, some photo work and basic CAD work, surfing etc.
It will also be used for Terrestrial & Satellite TV reception - including HD hopefully. I’m not into gaming.

Most items I have decided on but I’ve no idea what Graphics Card to go for.
My understanding of some of these things is limited but HDMI compatibility would seem to be desirable.

Any advice appreciated.
 
Did a google and this card looks to be just what I need.
