Which graphics card?

Hi all bit of advice required by a newbie.I have about £110 to spend on a card to upgrade.Not sure what to get, so much confusion.Currently have an Nvidia Geforce 8400gs which came with pc also have Ati Radeon1800xt as a spare in cupboard. Would like to get a noticable impro in graphics and speed.
If possible.Thankful for any advice.

if you are happy with fantastic performance, 4850, if you wanna save a bit of cash, 8800 or 9800 gt
