Looking at upgrading my graphics card a Sapphire HD5750 1GB Vapor-X and not sure what to go for.

I have a budget of £200 absolute max, currently play @1280x1024 but am upgrading to a 1080p monitor.

Would like to go AMD as I am considering going XFire at a later date and would prefer not to change my mobo from my Gigabyte Z77-D3H.

TIA

Find the extra and get either the msi 7950 £220 with all the games, which can be sold on at the very very worst you'd still end up with £30-£40 back from the games.

Which wouldn't take long at all to sell on the members market right here at the right price.

Or get a GTX 760 which is about the same performance as a 7950 if a bit behind in some stuff but that could change with driver updates.

It's what I would do with £200 ish floating around for a gpu.

Personally I'd be all over a 7950 and sell on all the game codes in the members market as long as you get the codes straight away with the card before the markets flooded with them but even then I can still see most of those codes going for £10 each.

+1. :)

the 760gtx seems good value specially the KFA2 GeForce GTX 760 EX OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card, ive a 23'' monitor playing at 1920x1080p,and according to anandtech.com the diffrence between the 760 and 7950 is minimal till u get to battlefield, crysis and far cry then the 760 seems better , there are some games the 7950is better at, depends what games ur gonna play...im waiting for nvidia to sort out there driver issue before deciding.

Just upgraded from a 5750 myself - I went the cheaper route of the 7850 which I'm entirely happy with but had I a bit extra budget I'd certainly have gone for a 7950. Of course choose one of the ones in the mega deal this week for all the game codes to sell :)
