Which Graphics Card

I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card. My current specs are:

Core i7 920 CPU
22gb RAM
Windows 7
9600 GT

I mainly play Battlefield 3, but looking to purchase/play Battlefield 4.

Budget is under £100 either new or second hand

Might need to stretch around £10-£20 extra, but try to find a 2nd hand 7950.
