Which Graphics Card?

So I want my graphics card to get an upgrade but I don’t know what the highest graphics is that I can get without bottlenecking my PC. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated

AMD Radeon HD7850
8GB DDR4 Ram
Windows 10 Pro

agreed or even a second hand rx480 which would be a massive boost never mind the 590

in the recent past i went from a 270x to a reference rx480 8 gig on launch day and i was amazed at the difference so a second hand one of them or the one gibbo says which is even more powerful
