Which GTX 670....

OK funds available and ready to order this week. I'm after a nice quiet one that performs well solely for BF3 really. coming from a GTX 570

You could always get another 570, around 20 percent faster than a 670 with both at stock speeds.

Gigabyte Windforce, Runs cool and quiet with lots of headroom to OC.

would need another PSU mate, only got a corsair 650w one

I had 570 sli and rarely saw more than 500w using a power monitor. 750w would be ideal but I'd say that psu should be fine as long as you don't do much overclocking.

yeah think im gonna go for the 670

as by the time i sell the 570 the cost will be not far off, i also have my cpu clocked @4.5

I went for the Gainward Phantom, lovely and quiet and clocks pretty well too. Silence was a must for me and if im honest, I havent heard it even warm up yet (apart from benchies).

Sorry to hijack this, can I ask, I have a windforce 570. So are you saying if a SLI with another 570 it would perform better than a 670. I have a 850w power supply would this be sufficient?

Yes 850W is enough if it's a good quality power supply.

I went with the EVGA 670 - but its not the quietest. Although I love having decent warranty period and excellent customer service. depends what you want out of it really? no need to overclock a 670 just for playing battlefield
