Which GTX570?

Decided that the best route to go with, upgrading from a GTX460 768mb is to grab a GTX570 1280mb. I'm considering the lower four in the price range there, and apart from the MSI OC edition, they're all the same spec. Would there be any reason to spend a tenner more on the MSI one than the OcUK (probably Point of View) one?

Sorry, sticking with nVidia, the CUDA integration is key to some areas of my work. The card you linked also seems to bench at 15fps less than a GTX570 on average (not counting a possible unlock).
