It's been a LONG time since I bought a new GPU, or any new computer hardware for that matter. I currently have a GTX260 and game at 1920x1200.

Got an i5-750 @ 4GHz in the system which I'm happy with and not planning to upgrade any time soon.

I have decided I'm getting a GTX680, but I'd like to know why I should pick one manufacturer's card over another, since the hardware is identical at the moment.

Price either way is not too big of an issue (for example if we're talking about the difference between £420 and £450 I couldn't care less, but if it's going to be much more I'd have to be getting something for it).

EVGA seemingly have the best warranty that is transferable as it applies to the card and not the owner, from my experiences with them they offer great customer support.

Really don't matter which one you get mate, they will all perform the same and all are under warranty, just have a look at each card and go for the one that takes your fancy.

I don't think any other company offers a transferable warranty as EVGA does making resale value real good. They are also present on these very forums and actively post, don't see the likes of asus or gigabyte in here, if you have a problem with EVGA, posting in here will most likely get you a reply from them. GFX is EVGA's main business, they take it and their consumers very seriously.

And yeah EVGA stock is due
