Which headset and sound card?

Birthday is comming up soon and I'm tired of my 12 year old soundcard :p And I would like a decent set of 5.1 headphones(with a mic attatched). Heres whatI had in mind(prices in CDN)

Ok, well between these 3 headsets which do you think would serve me best(Mostly for gaming, but I wouldn't mind decent sound for music or movies either)
