Which Headset?

Hi, ive recently got an X-fi Xtreme Music but i only have a cheap pair of Trust headphones and i think i would benifit from a better pair. My budget is £40 but i can go a bit extra if it is really worth it.

Ive had a look and found these that catch my eye:
1.Sennheiser PC130
2.Sennheiser PC140
3.Sennheiser PC150

These are all within my budget but then i noticed that the PC160's have 360 degree surround sound would i benifit from this (In games like BF2 with X-fi mode) for the extra £20? If not then which is the best headset listed above? Other reccomendations are welcome.

Ive got the Sennheiser HD457 and wow there amazing, not too sure of those one's to be honest. Best really trying them, if you can get to any kind of speaker shop and see what you prefer.

Anyone got any other suggestions? I think im going for the PC150's, can anyone reccomend these or have any better alternatives?
