Which heat sink ???

Hi All after a little advice at the moment im running one a X2 4400+ with the amd heat sink and my temps are very high imo at 25 idle 44C load
what heat sink would be better looking at a Thermalright XP-90 is this a good choice or is there anything better out there but dont want a loud noise either from a big fans on the heat sink lol i know some of the fans i tried before can be loud

cheers guys just spoke to OCUK and bought the Arctic Freezer 64 Pro
thanks for the info guys and also for my other system bought he Typhoon
so i will see which one performs best and then but the better one in my gaming machine cheers all
i hope i will be happy lol
