Which i3 cpu and Mini Itx Board

Looking at building a new mini Itx build around the i3 cpu and Mini itx board, i only need cpu and board but i want it to run from a pico psu so low TDP is a must.

So ideas are welcome

What will the system be used for?

The Pentium K is a cracking little CPU, it may only be a dual core, but it will clock to 4.4GHz with the teeny stock cooler.

There are special i3's with better IGP's and such if this is for an HTPC?

This is a mini itx board, i use the same one in my small build, with the i3 chip..

I've not had great experiences with Asrock MITX boards, ended up replacing my last one with an Asus board and never looked back. Paired it up with a low power version of the i3.

It was two of them, can't remember off hand which. First one had a really annoying whine, which for a silent HTPC isn't a great feature (this was the one that had a tendency of going up in fire so I got shot of it quick). 2nd one was newer, but the BIOS was buggy and the HDMI was off centre until you got into windows and loaded the GPU drivers (pretty sure this was an AMD model).
