Which Intel CPU???

I am looking to replace my E6600 with a quad core cpu so wondering which is the best performance/price option?

I am looking at either the Q9300 which is 2.5GHz or the Q6700 which is 2.66GHz.

I have an Asus P5K3 Deluxe Motherboard if that makes any difference?

if you are going to be overclocking the q6700, if not the q9300.

What limitations are there on the Q9300? I have my E6600 overclocked to 3.2GHz but not that fussed about overclocking it if the raw performance is better.
