Which Intel CPU?

I'm using a Z690m motherboard, 32GB 6000 CL30 RAM.

My main concern is speed and responsiveness in Windows and multi tasking plus dual screen etc.... (gaming is a secondary concern)

The main difference between them is just 2 P-Cores, since the E-Cores are the same, but I'd say that just £30 is worth paying the extra.

It is hard to say because if we take past history, there's been little benefit in games to having more than 6 cores since the single core/thread speed overtakes those cores way quicker than they're worth, but for £30 I wouldn't give it much thought, especially if you do anything multithreaded that'll make use of them anyway.

12700KF is an absolute bargain at moment as Intel is clearing the remainder stock out, makes for a bit of a bargain.

That's one reason I decided to get it, you guys are by far the cheapest for this CPU at the moment, thanks for the deal

You are aware the KF versions have no integrated graphics?
