Which Ipod?

Hi all. I want to buy an Ipod but am unsure on which one to buy, the New Ipod Classic 120 gb or the 16 gb Ipod Touch which is £45 more! I'm not bothered about Wi-Fi or touch screen stuff on the Touch, I just want the best sound quality and volume out of the two.

Which one do I buy?

The quality on the new iPod Classic is reportedly a lot better than previous devices, it's mentioned in a few reviews I've read. I've just swapped from a 1st Gen iPod Touch to a new iPod Classic and I can tell the quality is improved.
