Hi there I,m alittle out of touch with the Graphics card scene ,and want to know which is the best type of card the AGP or the PCI Express ? ...

Neither, however you need a motherboard which supports one or the other, and PCI-E is newer, so recieves more cards.

PCI-E is always better and cheaper + performs a little better.
