Or is the difference between them so small I wouldn't notice?

Yeah if you like fine tuning , the GSkill will surpass the corsair quite easily as 8pack says. I love my OC'ing though.

isnt it better to have lower latency values? so CAS 9 is better than 10?

C9 2133 is similar to C10 2400. However the GSKILL will tune better for sure. I have seen them doing C10 2600+ without trouble.

I bought G.Skill ram for this very reason (overclocking ability), unfortunately I bought them from elsewhere and was sent the wrong memory, I got G.Skill 2133mhz rather than G.Skill 2400mhz, that'll teach me for NOT shopping at Overclockers

I've learnt my lesson guys *hangs head in shame*
