Really hard to say, I guess it depends on what you want from a phone? The LG looks to have better internals though.

So if I'm not bothered about camera the CPU is better ln lg but chipset is better in Vodafone which phone will b faster

In this case both the CPU and chipsets are the same thing, since it's a system on chip (SoC). I would say the LG is better since the Mediatek MT6735 has 4 A53s clocked at 1.3GHz compared to the Vodafone's Snapdragon 210's quad A7s clocked at 1.1GHz. It has also 50% more RAM which will help with multitasking.

Voda ships phones with 3-4 removable apps (message+ for RCS, myVodafone for acc management etc...) and a tweak to some firmwares to allow network features (RCS, Wi-Fi calling etc..) currently otherwise it's stock Android.
