a: wifi
b: powerplugs or whatever they call
c: run CAT5 cable ouside the house but will be about 8M long
d: make extension to my phone socket

all them option are for adsl

I'd say

If you run the phone extension with proper twisted pair you won't add much to the line noise and length. Just dont get it wrong though as you could see a large drop in speed and reliability.

C ideally, but home plugs only add about 1ms of latency, which really isn't worth worrying about in the scheme of things... your DSL line probably gives (depending on game, host location etc) 40-100ms of latency, a 56k modem would've been more like 250-500ms. The theoretical minimum latency to Australia, for example, is about 65ms (reality is more like 100-200ms)

The point being that a homeplug doesn't add enough latency for you to care about while gaming.
