which is better for OC x2 4200 or x2 4400

Going to be upgraing very soon to dual core but can someone tell me which is going to give the better overclock the x2 4200 or 4400 (939) , i know the later has twice the cache but will that make the slightest bit of difference??

X2 4400 for the extra cache, as it gives better performance, or the X2 3800, as its cheaper, and easily does as well as the 4200.

Get the opteron 170 instead for the same money.
Has the same cache as the x2 4400 but will more than likely clock better on less volts.
