Which is better for overclocking?

Ive currently got 2 gigs of the 6400 DDR2 GeiL Ultra 4-4-4-12 stuff and they are running fine and was planning to upgrade and buy another set but have come across this 2 other offers :

What do you reckon will be best? I can always flog the GeiL ram if needed.
The higher rated ram has got worse timmings and the lower rated ram has got as good timings as my geil.

the pc 8000 would certainly give you more headroom for oc'ing. wouldn't get in the way of high fsb's if you can get that far.
