Which is better?

2T or 1T...


Due to me running my crucial ram at 208mhz, (gone up with cpu) ....

Its at 2T at the moment, just wondering what is the difference ;)

1T is better, which I read in the Ocuk guide however why is it better ?

It's the command rate for the memory. 1T means it has to wait 1 clock cycle, and 2T means it has to wait 2 clock cycles.

"This BIOS feature allows you to select the delay between the assertion of the Chip Select signal till the time the memory controller starts sending commands to the memory bank. The lower the value, the sooner the memory controller can send commands out to the activated memory bank."
