Definitely the 8800GT.

B-Grade means that the item has been purchased by somebody else but returned for whatever reason. It may be that the item was not wanted or not compatible with the original buyers system, but is guaranteed be in perfect working order. It may however be missing things like cables or instruction manuals, but you can still return it within 2 weeks if you want to.

8800gt is much faster! we have just got to the point that the great x1950pro isn't really worth buying. A 3850pro would be a cheaper alternative to the 8800gt. Not as fast but very good for the money.

better to check benchmarks, for these types of questions
