my ancient ATI 256mb X800 GTO2 Limited Edition, or the AMD 780G ATI HD 3200 onboard graphics chip?

Wondering if i should take out the x800 and use onboard graphics until i save up for an ati 4870. the only games i play at the min are BF2, BF2142 and Football Manager 2009/fm2010beta

thankyou in advance:)

I already have it installed inside my PC, so taking it out would mean i'd have to unplug everything and take it downstairs. then i'd have to mess about with graphics drivers and stuff. then if it turned out to be slower, then i'd have to repeat the process.

so basically thought i'd ask here cause i don't know much about graphics cards. and this is what this forum is for yes?

Yes, but the speeds aren't the only thing to take account of.

Anyways, I don't have a definitive answer for you but I'm sure someone else can help you.
