Which is better?

I have at the moment 4x1GB of PC2-6400 Geil Ultra Low Latency RAM. It runs stock at 400 Mhz (FSB) with 4-4-4-12, 2.1V, however I know it can overclock to up max 475 Mhz (FSB) on 5-5-5-15 with a small voltage boost.

Just wanted to know if my memory will bottleneck my CPU overclock or should I get PC2-8500 RAM. I'm looking to overclock a E8500 CPU to near 4.5Ghz. Any information is appreciated.

If I should upgrade, whats the best RAM that will do the job?

not to sure on ram but for the speed you want id have thought 8500 as for which is best i dont really no im using kingston 8500 with no probs
