http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-199-EA

i want to stay between the prices of the 3 (since im not paying and dont want to go all out with other peoples money)

you maybe be looking at this and saying well you're stupid its obviously this one or something along those lines.

if you could tell me the difference between the 3 and what is better out of them id appreciate it a lot, if you know of a better one for the same price please link me (dont mind going with amd or nvidia)

thanks a lot ~mrneedham

If you go for the 660, get the TI, I wouldn't go for the normal 660, any Evga TI so I would probably go cheapest as both should achieve similar results with oc'ing.

7950 is slightly faster than a 670 when both overclocked@1080p.

If you don't mind popping off a diode(controls the fan rpm-some are faulty and MSI have ok'd the practice regarding warranty) if need be on this one:

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III Boost Edition 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with Crysis 3 & Bioshock PC Games £224.99

Then it's a lot of gpu for the money.

You won't get Physx/Nvidia 3D, but you can still use AMD 3D/Tridef on the TFIII, while getting higher IQ/more vram bigger memory bus with AMD.

Reports of being voltage locked now if that's an issue.

They're not locked. I've got one.

Unless OcUK are sending out Boost Edition GB WF 3x cards under the guise of non BE cards. I'm not sure they even make a BE 7950 do they?

They are not labelled as boost edition no but the new revision 7950 WF3 does come with 1000mhz core and voltage is locked at 1.25v.

i really dont plan on overclocking anything just need a card that will let me play some of this years new releases with good-high quality and if it helps im only going to use 1 monitor for gaming and my second as youtube i guess.

The Gigabyte 7950 WF3 is still the card to get, 1.25v is more than enough for a decent oc even if you did want to oc.

+1,

The extra voltage headroom won't get you much more extra on the core, it's already approaching it's limits anyway.

@mrneedham, it's criminal not to oc a non boost 7950, soo much more left in the tank mate.;)

You don't need a friend, it's simple, just push a couple of sliders and test with Heaven/3D mark for stability, most should do 1100-core/1350-vram/power 20%, with next to nothing else involved.

If you want more then voltage needs applied.
