Which is faster?

256 XFX 7600GT XXX (mem 1600, GPU 590MHz, 12 pipes)

or

256MB XFX 7900GS XXX (Mem 1600, GPU 600MHz, 20 pipes)

I cant seem to find a 7900GT. Is the 7900GS a lot slower than a 7900GT?

The 7900GS seems to be well worth the money and since im finding it hard, for some reason, to find a range of 7900GT cards ill probably get the GS.

Ive always bought GT's before but only lately seen the different types in the 7900GS family. i.e. mem 1600MHz and gpu 600MHz.

Would you recommend the OcUK MSI GeForce 7900 GTO SILENT 512MB?

Ive alway stuck with XFX or BFG and ive never heard of MSI.
