Which is fastest?

Hi,
Sometime this year I'm thinking of changing laptops. Which is the quickest integrated chip? I obviously don't mind IGPs but I want something as quick/quicker than the one in this one, a Radeon 9000 with 32mb of it's own memory. Should I hold out for newer ones by nvidia based on 8xxx tech or settle for a 7150?

i believe thats what my dad had before which was capable of Raven Shield, but my new X3100 isnt able to really play raven shield all that well. im not sure what the power of a 7150 is like.
