which is healthier?

Hi

I have recently started running in the mornign and eating healthy but i have noticed i have started to eat a lot more food, is this good or bad i.e

is better to do less excercise and eat less or excercise and eat more

(since running i now have breakfast, sandwichs at break, lunch and tea where as before it was just lunch and tea)

.... *goes in to tea room for doughnuts* :D
 
When i was working over the summer doing mostly general labouring the amount i ate shot right up. Was able to eat a whole box of cereal in one day so i had to pace me self :p. As said tho as long as your not eating crap exercise + abit more eating is better than no exercise.
