The fan on the Freezer 64 can't be replaced - but it is very quiet anyway. However, on the Ninja, you can use any 120mm fan, so it can be as quiet as you want it to be (e.g. 7V akasa ambers).
Not sure about the conversion between sone and dB - never been able to find a convertor on the net. If anyone has one, it would be good if you could post it

Here's a useful site for info about sones and dB. There is no direct conversion between sone and dB - so any values there are approximations

According to that, 0.8 sone ~ 28.5-29 dB, so the cooler on the ninja would be quieter (remembering that the dB scale is logarithmic, so that is actually quite a large difference). The akasa amber 120 is rated at 18dB, so even running at normal voltages, to swap the ninja fan for this would be the quietest option. Panaflo fans are also quiet if you can track one down (supposedly better).

freezers arent very quiet. ninja's are tbh.
