Which is the Better loop ?

Which would be the better loop, more efficient etc etc, or will it make no difference ?

I have mine Cpu > Res > Pump > GPU > Rad

Cpu gets the cooled medium direct from the Rad.

wouldn't it have been easier to ask if you should have your cpu or your gpu nearer to the res?

Thanks for all the answers guys, I think I will go with the first as Mike says, as that is how its set up now minus the inclusion of the GPU into the loop.
