Which is wrong speedfan or coretemp?

Hi,

I've just managed to get around the issue with coretemp and x64 vista, and have found that the temps are different to those which I get from speed fan. I've heard coretemp is more reliable so would these values be right? Pic of each under load:

I'd like to try overclocking soon and I want to know which I should use to check temps.

Core Temp is correct.
SpeedFan, you need to add 15C.

if you go to the speedfan weby and register you can download the latest beta version which will show you the correct temps
