CoD

It was my first experience of playing multiplayer on a PC and not system linking consoles. Everything else was single player vs AI.

I think that was the catalyst for online gaming for me.

COD4: Modern Warfare.

Or the original. The first one we had lots of fun with at uni. Drinking COD f-t-w!

COD 1 with COD 2 & UO a close second. All the rest .. meh.

Not played in years but have fond memories. Probably ridden with cheaters these days

WAW but that's partly because it was my first. I think it would have gone to 4 if that was my first.

Definitely COD4 for me. Although did enjoy COD2 and MW2 a fair bit, neither hooked me like 4!

CoD2 for me, amazing game. CoD4/Modern Warfare seemed great at the time and did some interesting things but those things have been carried in the wrong direction and each game (for me at least) has seemed a bit worse than the last.

Ghosts was a joke of a game and though I had a little fun with BoPs 2 I just haven't bothered getting 3. Barring a return to a WW2 setting or something halfway interesting I can't see me buying another CoD any time soon.

COD4. Was always more of a "twitch" shooter fan (Quake, Unreal, etc), but I got really addicted to COD4 MP for a few months.
