C&W reseller we use Titanadsl at work 1 month rolling contract.

pick be/02 both the same company just different support & packages

i been with Be for 4 years now running at 24.8mb on there 24mb package its gone down about once during times that mattered for about 10 minutes and has gone down about 10 times during dont matter times (5am-6am time range)

no thortling no shaping pure speed 24/7 i get about 2.2mbps down
