which isp for 3-4 months?

which isp will offer a service for 3-4 months without me having to sign up for the usual 6-12? i need a package with decent limits and one that doesnt cost more than 20 quid per month (ideally cheap as possible). any suggestions?

There are loads that'll offer monthly contracts (Zen, Eclipse, Nildram, Pipex all will for a start) - but expect to cough up the activation fee.
Plenty of ISPs etc to be found at ADSLguide.

pipex has a 12 month minimum contract now it would seem...

What is the minimum contract period?

From 1st February 2006 - 12 months for PIPEX Residential services

yea pipex has allways been 12month contract, and if you leave them within the year you have to pay a fee which is quite a lot
