Look in the giant O2 thread. Some O2 staff post on here, you email them with your details, you get cheap broadband O2 (though I doubt it's as cheap or unlimited as with LLU).
What "not competitive" about Enta? If there's no LLU options and you want unlimited, they're about as good as you'll get (barring ISPs offering "unlimited" who then discover it's unsustainable and pull the rug away, or the likes of Zen charging ~£90 a month).
