which karcher?

Just as good pressure washers of other brands.
Nilfisk C110 3-5 PC X-Tra
Equivalent model, a lot cheaper (in the sales) and gets good reviews.

Have a Nilfisk, very good washer, you have to be careful with the karcher, they use cheap plastic internals what break quite easily, not the best of washers out there tbh :(

I didn't like the Nilfisk as it felt cheap and the hose split after a year.

I ended up paying a little extra and got a 2nd have Kranzle for £120, been going strong now with absolutle no signs of breaking. Made in germany aswell !

I went for this set - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7420188/c_1/1%7Ccategory_root%7CGarden+and+DIY%7C14418702/c_2/2%7C14418702%7CPressure+washers%7C14418805.htm

I wasn't sure it was worth the extra at the time to get the auto set (I didn't pay that much for mine but it was still £20 more than the basic set) but I have to say that the under chassis nozzle is fantastic and the fan car nozzle blasts the dirt off a treat after a snow foam (standard one only has a cone nozzle). The spinny brush thing.... well it does a good job on the patio table but I wouldn't use it on the car :p

think i may either get the nilfisk for £44 or maybe the karcher but seeing that neither comes with the vario lance im not sure any other brands guys looking to spend less than £100 tbh

bit the bullet and bought nilfisk went for the £44.99 one on amazon and a RCD surge proctector and a 20m extention power adapter as well, jus think if i should buy the dojo juisce yetis fist wash mitt hmmmm defo getting some bilberry tho :-)

I think all need to remember he'll be buying from Tesco's - they'd be greate a replacing it should it fail and if they stop selling them he could at worst case get store credit to do a weekly shop. I agree Karcher have dropped the ball a bit, but sometimes buying from Tesco can be a good thing vs online retailer except OCUK of course.

amazon themselves are normally pretty good plus i think i can contact nilfisk directly if the unit breaks down not to mention the 2 year guarantee!!!

2 Years is good, In Cardiff there's a lots of Tescos (the big stores whatever they're called?): I could replace something within a few minutes than having to arrange shipping...

I took advantage of the amazon price today as well, just to clean the patio. I don't let the things loose anywhere near my car!

I bought a Nilfisk E130 from Amazon for £165 about a year ago. Bought a lance and some snow foam and it has been fantastic. I was wary of Karcher as they seem to be the big brand and overpriced for what you get compared to the Nilfisk products.
