Which land line provider - Want to scrap BT

Just checked my phone bill this Month and noticed I've been charged £7.50 for low usage.

I only have the land line for my ADSL and have no need to use the phone, besides the odd incomming call.

Who's the cheapest at the moment for a plain land line with no extras?
