Which Laptop GPU?

I have seen a laptop that I really like and has all the technology that I require, apart from the GPU. I don't know which one to go for. I will be playing games, but nothing too demanding. eg: Football manager, Farcry, SP CT etc.

The lappy comes with either an 256Mb X1600 or an 256Mb 8600MGS. The price difference between the 2 is marginal. I am thinking that the 8600 will be better, but would just like some clarification on the matter.

The 8600 should be faster, it's also supports more features than the x1600.

Ok cheers for that. I take it though, the 8600 is a mid to low end graphic's card?
