Got a few choices lined up, any advice on the three I'm looking at, or any others would be good!

A few questions:
Best processor out of those three? I'm thiking the T6600?
The RAM on the lenovo is better than the others, DDR3 as opposed to DDR2, is this going to make much of a difference?
Hard drive space doesnt really matter as I have a lot on my main PC.
HDMI out is very tempting over VGA on the others as we play a lot of stuff on the TV - will the onboard graphics be OK? We only play xvids, sky player streaming etc, no HD content or anything.
Whats the build quality of Toshibas like these days? Our old laptop is a Tosh and its about 6 years old and been absolutely perfect, its just starting to die now so hoping that a new one will last the same!
Any thoughts?
