I play GW2 as well, and I can tell you for this game, the importance of a fast CPU with 4 physical cores out-weight the speed of graphic card by far (provided that you using the sensible Native-Sampling, rather than the graphic demanding SuperSampling in-game).

Specifically for GW2, the OcUK Gamer W370ST with the Haswell i7-4700MQ and GTX765M would deliver better frame rate and smoother gameplay for the demanding dynamic battles that the game is well-known for than that MSI with the slow CPU/APU (which is FAR slower than the Haswell Quad Core), as it WILL bottleneck the 8970M to hell and back.

You either raise your budget by £200-£300 to get a i7-M CPU to pair it with a high-end dedicated graphic, and if you can't spend that much, get the i7-M CPU and pair with mid-high level graphic, so you would have the option to lower the graphic settings to improve frame rate- unlike the AMD APU paired with the 8970M, with majority of the graphic power not being put into use and lower graphic settings does nothing to improve the frame rate, as it is held back by the CPU.

That MSI laptop is more suited for people that play games that doesn't have huge amount of things happen at the same time (i.e. Single player FPS/action games), which doesn't require huge amount of CPU power but benefit from fast graphic to turn up the eye-candy. People that play games with huge numbers of units and characters/players frequently "zerging" in the same area/place at the same time should stay well away from the AMD APU, as it simply does not have enough CPU grunt for it.
