Hi people, been a while but thought if I want a decent answer, then this is the place to come.
I need to spec my father in-law a laptop for general use for around £250 mark. I know not a lot but hopefully for his use it will be sufficient. Question I have is whether I should be looking at 4 or 8Gb ram and if SSD worth it at that price. I've seen some deals with 4Gb and 128Gb SSD or to go for 8Gb and then normal 500 or 1Tb SATA.
He shouldn't need much storage as he's got a Synology NAS which holds all the music although has been struggling with music apps and was thinking of moving the music back to laptop but think that's crazy and should stay on NAS.
Looking at getting something around bank holiday so guessing worth waiting a week. Thoughts appreciated
